2026 Dionysian Wall Calendar

Welcome to the 2026 Dionysian & Athenian Calendar, proudly presented by the Temple of Dionysus and Naós of Dionysus Eleuthereus. 

This year, our calendar features both faithful reconstructions of the ancient Athenian calendar based on surviving records as well as a vibrant mix of ancient and contemporary holidays from around the globe, beloved by our revivalist community. The 2026 Athenian Calendar reconstructs the ancient Greek lunar calendar, consisting of months that span 29 or 30 days. Each month is beautifully represented on a separate page with ancient Athenian names like Poseidon and Gamelion, while modern Gregorian dates are conveniently listed in the lower right-hand corner.
